肿瘤骨转移中医证治探析

Analysis on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Tumor Bone Metastasis

肿瘤骨转移的病因病机多为脾肾亏虚,骨髓失养,痰凝血瘀,脉络痹阻。本着"治病必求于本"的原则,中医对肿瘤骨转移的治疗应始终贯穿着"扶正祛邪""标本兼顾""内外合治"等治疗大法进行辨证施治。笔者结合自身临床实践,将其主要分为肾阳亏虚、寒凝阻滞证,气滞血瘀、夹痰内蕴证,气血两虚、瘀毒内结证。临证治疗应注意:(1)重在补肾填精壮骨;(2)重视止痛;(3)可选用虫蚁类中药。

The etiology and pathogenesis of tumor bone metastasis are mostly Spleen and Kidney deficiency,bone marrow dystrophy,Phlegm clotting and Blood stasis as well as collateral stagnation. In line with the principle of ＂ treating disease must be based on the root cause of it＂,the treatment of tumor bone metastasis with Chinese medicine should always be carried out by using the important methods such as ＂ supporting the righteousness and dispelling the evil factors,＂ treating both the symptom and the root cause＂ and ＂ combination of internal and external treatment＂. The author,based on his own clinical practices,divided the syndromes into the followings： Kidney Yang deficiency Syndrome,Cold clotting Syndrome,Qi stagnation and Blood stasis syndrome,internal Phlegm Syndrome,Qi and Blood deficiency Syndrome as well as internal Stasis and Toxin Syndrome. Clinical treatment should pay attention to the followings： First,tonifying Kidney to strengthen the bones. Second,stopping the cancer pain. Third,drugs like insects and ants can be used in Chinese medicine treatment.
