白虎汤合肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病

Baihu Decoction plus Shenqi Pill in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察白虎汤合肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效,并观察其对患者症状积分、血糖、血脂的影响。方法:120例DN患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础是给予白虎汤合肾气丸。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、24小时尿蛋白定量、三酰甘油、肌酐及尿素氮。结果:治疗后,对照组有效率为80. 0%,观察组为95. 0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者腰膝酸软、肢体浮肿、口干舌燥、倦怠无力等症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后观察组以上症状积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及24小时尿蛋白定量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组患者以上指标均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组以上指标低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者三酰甘油、肌酐及尿素氮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组患者以上指标均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组肌酐、三酰甘油水平低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:白虎汤合肾气丸治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,可显著降低患者症状积分,降低患者血糖和血脂水平,改善肾功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihu Decoction plus Shenqi Pill in treatment of diabetic nephropathy（ DN）,and to observe its effects on symptom scores,blood glucose and blood lipids. Methods： 120 patients with DN were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Baihu Decoction and Shenqi Pill in addition to that of the control group. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom scores,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,24-hour urine protein quantitation,triglyceride,creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 80. 0%,and that of the observation group was 95. 0%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Before treatment,the scores of the patients with weak waist and knees,limb edema,dry mouth and dryness,and fatigue were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and 24-hour urine protein quantitation between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the above indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the levels of triglyceride,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatmen（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of creatinine and triglyceride in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Baihu Decoction plus Shenqi Pill has significant curative effect on diabetic nephropathy,which can significantly reduce the patient＇s symptom score,reduce blood sugar and blood lipids,and improve renal function.
