鲜百合地黄粉对抑郁模型小鼠行为学的影响

Effect of Fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder on Praxiology of Depression Model Mice

目的:观察鲜百合地黄粉对抑郁模型小鼠行为学的影响。方法:以盐酸氯米帕明作为阳性对照药,采用悬尾实验、强迫游泳实验以及利血平拮抗实验,观察鲜百合地黄粉对抑郁模型小鼠行为学的影响。结果:与生理盐水比较,鲜百合地黄粉组和盐酸氯米帕明组均可明显降低小鼠4 min内悬尾不动时间(P<0.05),显著降低强迫游泳4 min内不动时间(P<0.01)。在利血平致小鼠抑郁的实验中,模型组动物出圈百分率显著降低(P<0.01),闭眼百分率显著提高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,鲜百合地黄粉各剂量组(3.6 g·kg^(-1)、2.4 g·kg^(-1)、1.2 g·kg^(-1))和盐酸氯米帕明组小鼠出圈百分率均明显提高(P<0.05),小鼠闭眼百分率均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:鲜百合地黄粉可减少小鼠强迫游泳不动时间和小鼠悬尾不动时间,对抗小鼠利血平腹腔注射所引起的运动不能及眼睑下垂,具有一定的抗抑郁作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder on praxiology of mice with depression.Methods：Clomipramine hydrochloride was used as a positive control drug.The effects of fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder on the behaviors of mice with depression were observed with hanging tail experiment,forced swimming test and reserpine antagonistic experiment.Results：Compared with that of the normal saline,the time of suspension of the mice within 4 min and the forced swimming within 4 min in the fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder group and the clomipramine hydrochloride group was significantly reduced（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.In the experiment of reserpine-induced depression in mice,the percentage of going out of the circle in the model group was significantly decreased（P〈0.01）,while the percentage of closed eyes was significantly increased（P〈0.01）.Compared with that of the model,the percentage of the going out of the circle of the fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder groups（3.6 g·kg^-1,2.4 g·kg^-1,1.2g·kg^-1）and the clomipramine hydrochloride group increased significantly（P〈0.05）,while the percentage of closed eyes of mice was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fresh Baihe Dihuang Powder can reduce the time of forced swimming and the time of mouse tail suspension.It has certain anti-depression effect on the inability of exercise and eyelid drooping caused by intraperitoneal injection of reserpine.
