伴有多向分化的胶质肉瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，52岁。因头痛10d余，头颅CT示双侧额叶占位性病变于2016年4月2日入院。MRI示病变位于双侧额叶，跨胼胝体生长，形态不规则，双侧侧脑室前角受压。病变内信号不均匀，可见多发囊性变／坏死成分。
