摘要
知识服务正成为传统专业出版社转型升级的重要路径。阐述专业出版社知识服务发展及特征,重点分析面向用户需求个性化的专业出版社知识服务三种基本模式,即基于用户需求的个性化定制服务、基于用户场景的个性化岗位服务以及基于用户行为的个性化推送服务模式,探讨其内涵、适用性,并认为个性化服务是专业出版社知识服务未来发展的主要方向。
Knowledge service is becoming an important path for the transformation and upgrading of traditional professional publishing houses. At first, this paper expounds the development background and present status of professional publishing knowledge service,and analyzes three basic patterns of professional publishing houses knowledge service, which is divided on the basis of the personalization of the knowledge service. The three service patterns are based-on-user-demand personalized customized service pattern, based-on-user-scenario personalized post service pattern and based-on-user-behavior personalized push service pattern, and then discusses their connotation and applicability. Finally, the paper points out that the personalized service is the main development direction of professional publishing houses' knowledge service in the future.
