摘要
2007年以来,我国出版企业海外投资日渐活跃,但其中仍然存在投资规模有限、分支机构网络密度低、投资布局"一元化"、投资动机单一、手段传统、海外投资战略与组织模式匹配度低、保障体系不完善等问题。出版企业只有清楚认识海外投资中的问题,才能更好地规划未来的投资战略。
Since 2007, the overseas investment of Chinese publishing enterprises has become more and more active, showing the characteristics of diversified investment modes, expansion of investment areas, diversified investment objectives and systematic enhancement of investment. However, there are still some problems, such as small investment scale, unified investment layout, single investment motive, traditional financing means, inappropriate organizational models, imperfect security system and so on. Only when publishing companies have a clear understanding of the problems in overseas investment can they better plan the future investment strategy.
