摘要 顾客参与对企业新产品开发绩效有着重要作用,互联网为顾客参与带来了极大的便利,本文梳理相关文献,对互联网情境下顾客参与企业新产品开发的方式进行回顾、分类和述评,并对未来研究进行展望。
