摘要
为减少未来发生严重缺水事件的风险,同时减小水库弃水量和引水量,应用对冲规则(HR)解决受水区水库供水和外调水引水的问题,采用双层优化模型求解。将此方法应用于天津地区,并与采用标准运行策略(SOP)方案的结果进行对比,验证了该方法的先进性。研究成果可为缺水地区水库供水和外调水工程提供指导。
In order to reduce the risk of serious water shortage in future, reduce spilled water of reservoir and trans- ferred water, hedge rule (HR) and a bi-level optimization model have been applied to solve the water supply problem of reservoir and water transfer problem in water-receiving areas. This method was applied to Tianjin area. Compared with the standard operation policy (SOP), the advancement of the method has been verified. The research result can provide guidance for reservoir water supply and external water transfer projects in water-deficient areas.
