摘要
研究抽水蓄能电站地下厂房通风环境对于水电站的运行管理具有重要意义。根据华东某抽水蓄能电站的厂房环境监测数据,发现其地下厂房生产区域中的副厂房公用配电室存在温度分布不均匀与通风效率低下的问题。基于该厂房生产区域的布置情况,初步分析其成因是通风口分布不合理造成局部累积的散热量无法有效通过风口排出。基于此,根据现场通风布置提出2种方案,运用CFD方法结合现场测试数据进行模型验证之后,针对2种优化方案进行CFD数值计算选取优化方案,并根据该方案进行现场试验。结果表明,该方案具有一定的可行性。
It is of great significance for the operation and management of hydropower stations to study the ventilation environment of underground powerhouse of pumped storage power station. According to the environmental monitoring data of powerhouse for pumped storage power station which is located in East China, it was found out that the ventilation efficiency and temperature uniformity are both poor in the public power distribution room which is located in the auxiliary powerhouse. The reasons were preliminarily analyzed that the distribution of the air vent was unreasonable and the accu- mulated heat cannot be effectively passed through the air vent. Therefore, two optimization schemes for layout of the air vent were proposed. Combination of the CFD and on-the-spot test was used to verify the model. CFD numerical calcula- tion was carried out for two optimization schemes and the optimal scheme was selected. The on-the-spot test was carried out according to the optimal scheme, and the results show that the scheme is feasible.
