摘要
以蜜胺树脂为原料,正戊烷为发泡剂,研究了硫酸、甲酸和对甲基苯磺酸三种不同的固化剂对蜜胺泡沫的影响。结果表明:以硫酸为固化剂时,酸性较强,固化速率较快,同时制得泡沫的表观密度大,泡孔较小且致密。以甲酸为固化剂时,固化速率适中,制得的泡沫强度大,韧性好,且阻燃效果较好。
With melamine formaldehyde resin(MFR) as raw material, u-pentane as the foaming agent, the effect of three different types of curing agents including sulphuric acid, formic acid and p - toluene sulfonic on the properties of melamine formaldehyde foam are investigated. The results show that the sul-phuric acid as the curing agent, the curing of MFR is slightly fast, the apparent density is slightly small. The formic acid as the curing agent, the curing of MFR is adequately. The prepared foam has large strength and good toughness, the flame retardant effect is better.
