摘要 品牌忠诚度是品牌资产的重要组成部分,如何提升品牌忠诚度已成为汽车行业的重要课题。本研究基于消费者换购大数据展开汽车行业品牌忠诚度研究,并通过搭建数据模型来探究哪些因素对品牌忠诚度产生了更为重要的影响,从而助力企业精准提升自身品牌忠诚度。
