The Supply-side Structural Reform in the View of Marxist Political Economy

面对我国经济发展中出现的产能过剩问题,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了供给侧结构性改革。供给侧结构性改革体现了马克思主义经济理论的精髓,是新时期政治经济学说的核心概念,是引领当前国民经济发展的指导思想。运用马克思主义原理与方法解决现实的经济社会问题,以马克思主义政治经济学的观点来分析现阶段的时代特征,进而对供给侧结构性改革的产生与发展过程进行正确的梳理和分析,才能正确把握当前经济发展中出现的供需矛盾,为实现新常态下社会经济的持续发展提供理论支持。

Aiming at the problem of overcapacity in China＇s economic development,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core put forward the supply-side structural reform. The supply-side structural reform reflects the essence of Marxist economic theory,being the core concept of Political Economics in the New Era and the guiding ideology for leading the current national economic development. Only by solving real economic and social problems with Marxist principles and methods,analyzing era characteristics at the present stage from the perspective of Marxist political economics,and hence correctly sorting out and analyzing the emergence and development of supply-side structural reforms,can the contradiction between supply and demand in the current economic development be handled,and thus can provide theoretical support for the sustainable development of the social economy under the new normal.
