家庭资产选择行为研究评述与展望

A Review and Prospect of the Study of Family Asset Selection Behavior

家庭资产选择行为指与家庭资产选择有关的家庭行为,包括家庭的各类资产参与和资产配置。针对日益扩大的家庭资产规模,家庭资产选择行为研究能够为家庭、金融市场和政府分别在降低家庭金融脆弱性、增加金融市场供给以及增加居民财产性收入等方面提供建议。介绍了家庭资产选择这一问题的详细研究范围,并且依次从外部家庭环境、家庭及个人异质性两个方面总结家庭资产选择的影响因素,同时梳理了近期文献对家庭资产选择行为的优化研究,在此基础上,提出了家庭资产选择行为研究的三个未来可能研究方面,分别是:关注群体异质性对家庭资产选择的影响、构建家庭资产选择关联因素影响机制、从投资回报和家庭金融脆弱性双角度优化家庭资产选择行为。

Family asset selection behavior refers to family behavior related to family asset selection,including asset participation and asset allocation of the family. In view of the growing scale of family assets,the study of family asset selection can provide suggestions for families,financial markets and governments on reducing family financial fragility,increasing financial market supply and residents ＇ property income respectively. Firstly,this paper introduces the detailed scope of the study on family asset selection,then it summarizes the influencing factors from two aspects,including the external family environment and family and individual heterogeneity. At the same time,it comb the recent literature on the optimization of family asset selection behavior. On those basis,three possible future research aspects of household asset selection behavior are proposed： giving attention to the influence of group heterogeneity on household asset selection,constructing factors influencing mechanism of family assets choice,and optimizing household asset selection behavior from the perspective of return on investment and vulnerability of family finance.
