转型升级背景下开发区产城融合的评价及对策——以山西为例

Evaluation and Countermeasures of Industrial and City Integration in Development Zones Under the Background of Transformation and Upgrading

对开发区来说,产业是城市发展的基础,城市是产业发展的载体,产城融合是新时代促进开发区转型升级的有效途径。以资源型地区山西省为典型案例,利用层次分析法和专家打分法构建产城融合度评价指标体系,对开发区产城融合度进行测算和比较分析,并从宏观、中观、微观层面提出开发区产城融合的实施路径,为开发区转型升级发展提供参考借鉴。

For development zones,industry is the basis of urban development,and city is the carrier of industrial development. In the new era,integration of industrial and urban is an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading in development zones. This paper chooses resource-oriented area like Shanxi Province as a typical case,then uses analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to,calculates and compares the degree of integration in development zones. Puts forward the implementation path of the integration of industry and city in development zones. This paper from the macro,medium and micro level. It provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of development zones.
