酪酸梭菌联合葛根芩连加减汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Clostridium Butyricum Combined with Gegen Qin Lian Jia Decoction in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:溃疡性结肠炎(UC)在应用5-ASA治疗的基础上加用酪酸梭菌联合葛根芩连加减汤,观察其疗效及血清相关炎症分子的表达水平。方法:将200例UC患者按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(100例)和实验组(100例),同期随机选择100例健康者为正常组,对照组给予常规的柳氮磺胺吡啶或美沙拉嗪治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上再给予酪酸梭菌联合葛根芩连加减汤治疗,2个月为1个疗程,两组均治疗一个疗程,比较患者临床治疗效果及血清相关炎症分子的差异。结果:两组治疗前,实验组和对照组的高敏感C-反应蛋白(hs-CPR)、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的血清表达水平均高于正常组(P<O.05);两组治疗后,实验组和对照组的hs-CPR、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α的血清表达水平均情况较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),并且实验组改善程度更优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者疗效、临床症状、结肠镜下表现、组织学检查结果和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相关炎症分子在UC的发生和病情发展中起着重要作用,应用5-ASA的基础上加用酪酸梭菌联合葛根芩连加减汤对UC患者有明显改善相关炎症分子表达水平,提高UC治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To observe the treatment effect of Clostridium butyric combined with Gegen Qinlian Tang on ulcerative colitis （UC） and the expression of serum inflammatory molecules. Methods： 200 patients were randomly di- vided into control group and experimental group ; another 100 healthy people were selected as the normal group. The control group was given the routine treatment of rhizopyridine and mesalazine, and the experimental group was given the treatment of Clostridium butyric combined with Gegen Qinlian Tang on the basis of the treatment o the control group. Both groups were treated for a course of treatment ; compare the clinical efficacy and the difference of serum inflammatory molecules. Results： Before treatment, the CRP, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α of the control group and experimental group were higher than normal group. After treatment, the CRP, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α of control group and experimental group were significantly improved （P〈0.05） , and the changing of the experimental group was significant better than control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment effect, changing of clinical symptoms, the performance of the enteroscopy and histology examination were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Inflammatory molecules play an important role in the occurrence and development of Ulcerative colitis, the treatment of Clostridium butyric combined with Gegen Qinlian Tang can improve the level of related inflammatory molecules obviously. It can improve effect of treatment, worth to promote.
