咽腔填塞减轻气管插管全麻正颌术后咽痛的临床观察

Effects of Packing with Gauzes into Pharyngeal Cavity to Reduce Sore Throat in Orthognathic Surgery with Tracheal Intubation General Anesthesia

目的:探讨咽腔纱布填塞对减轻正颌术后咽痛的临床效果。方法:将2015年7月至2017年7月拟行气管插管全麻正颌手术的60例患者随机分为对照组和研究组:对照组30例按常规碘伏灌洗消毒口腔,研究组30例在灌洗消毒前进行咽腔纱布填塞,比较两组患者术后咽痛发生情况。结果:研究组患者术后咽痛评分明显低于对照组(3.44±0.62 vs 6.23±1.28,P<0.05),且严重咽痛的发生率明显低于对照组(6.7%vs 56.7%,P<0.01)。结论:减轻正颌手术后咽痛,咽腔纱布填塞简单有效。

Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of pharyngeal packing with gauze to reduce the sore throat after orthognathic surgery. Methods ： Sixty patients undergoing orthognathic surgery from Jul 2015 to Jul 2017 were randomly divided into control group and research group, and each group was 30 eases. The cases in the control group were given routine 0.5% iodophor to disinfect oral cavity, while the cases in the research group were given pharyngeal cavity packing before disinfection. The sore throat by visual analogue scale and incidence of severe sore throat after operation were compared between the two groups. Results ： The visual analogue scale of sore throat in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group （3.44±0.62 vs 6.23±1.28, P〈0.05 ）. The incidence of severe sore throat in the research group also was significantly lower than that in the control group （6.7% vs 56.7%, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Pharyngeal cavity packing with gauzes is simple and effective to reduce sore throat after orthognathic surgery.
