摘要
当前,中国社会科学研究基本形成以政府资助为核心的比较系统的资助体系,这种资助体系具有十分鲜明的中国特色,体现为三种需求导向:一是理论需求导向,侧重于历史与现实的考量,突出理论性,着重对实践理论化的项目提供资助;二是问题意识导向,侧重于政策与策略考量,突出现实性,着重对解决重大现实问题的项目提供资助;三是目标结果导向,侧重于战略与未来考量,突出前瞻性,着重对重大战略问题和符合未来发展趋势的项目提供资助。
Currently, government support is the core of the funding system of Chinese social science research, such form of funding system shows characteristics of different stages of Chinese development and reflects the following demand orientations. Firstly, the theoretical demand orientation focuses on funding theorized practice project by considering the historical and realistic situation and emphasizes on theoretical considerations. Secondly, the problem-solving demand orientation focuses on funding major problems-solving projects by considering policy and strategy and emphasizes on reality considerations. Finally, the result demand orientation focuses on funding major strategic and future trend-oriented projects by considering strategy and future and emphasizes on forward-looking considerations.
