体脂肪率与不同性别代谢综合征的关系研究

Relationship between body fat rate and metabolic syndrome in different sexes

目的探讨体脂肪率与不同性别代谢综合征的关系。方法选取2016年8月至2017年9月100例代谢综合征(MS)患者为研究对象,其中男45例,女55例。比较男女患者各项观察指标之间的差异及其与体脂肪率的相关性。结果男性MS患者的体脂肪率、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)水平高于女性MS患者,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于女性MS患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者的血糖(FBG)水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。男性MS患者、女性MS患者的体脂肪率皆与SBP、DBP、TG、FBG水平呈正相关,与HDL-C水平呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论男性代谢综合征患者相对于女性更容易堆积脂肪,代谢综合征程度更为严重,应当加强健康生活方式干预。不同性别人群的体脂肪率均与代谢综合征密切相关,这在代谢综合征的诊疗过程中具有重要的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the relationship between body fat rate and metabolic syndrome in different sexes. Methods A total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome（ MS） admitted from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects,there were 45 cases of femal,55 case of female. The differences of the observed indexes of male and female patients and their correlation with body fat rate were compared. Results The body fat rate,systolic blood pressure（ SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（ DBP） and triglyceride（ TG） levels of male MS patients were higher than those of female MS patients,and the high density lipoprotein（ HDL-C） level was lower than that of female MS patients,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; there was no significant difference in blood glucose（ FBG） levels between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The body fat rate was positively correlated with SBP,DBP,TG and FBG levels in both male and female MS patients, and negatively correlated with HDL-C levels（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Male patients with metabolic syndrome are more likely to accumulate fat than females,and the degree of metabolic syndrome is more serious. Health lifestyle intervention should be strengthened.
