自锁托槽正畸术治疗青少年牙颌畸形临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨自锁托槽正畸术在治疗青少年牙颌畸形患者中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2017年1月90例牙颌畸形患者的临床资料,随机将其分为A组和B组,每组45例,A组采用自锁托槽正畸,B组采用传统托槽正畸,治疗后90 d、180 d观察两组的正畸效果,评价自锁托槽正畸术的正畸效果。结果 A组治疗总体时间、治疗期间复查次数和溃疡发生率明显少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01); A组患者治疗期间的舒适度明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论自锁托槽正畸术治疗牙颌畸形患者,能大幅度缩短治疗时间,减少复查次数,降低溃疡发生率,提高患者舒适度,且在改善牙周指数方面有明显的优势。 Objective To investigate the Clinical effect of the self-locking braces orthodontic technique on adolescent teeth micromaxillary deformity. Methods From June 2008 to June 2009,90 cases of micromaxillary dofromity were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 45 cases in each group. Group A was given self-locking braces abnormal,and group B was given traditional braces abnormal. At 90 th d,180 th d after treatment,the effects of orthodontic were observed,and the efficacy of the self-locking of orthodontic braces orthodontics was evaluated. Results The overall treatment time,review times and ulcer incidence was significantly less in group A than that in group B,the differences between the two groups were significant( P〈0. 01).Comfort degree of patients during treatment was obviously higher in group A than that of group B( P〈0. 01). Conclusions Self-locking braces for the treatment of orthodontic teeth micromaxillary deformity patients,can greatly shorten the treatment time,decrease the times of review and reduce the incidence of ulceration, improve the patient comfort, and has obvious advantages in improving periodontal index.
