经胸超声心动图引导下封堵介入治疗房间隔缺损和卵圆孔未闭25例

Transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect and patent foramen ovale guided by transthoracic echocardiography: 25 cases report

目的探讨经胸超声心动图引导下封堵介入治疗房间隔缺损和卵圆孔未闭的临床效果。方法随机选取2012—2017年心血管外科行介入封堵治疗者25例,年龄2. 7～66岁(1例患儿年龄2岁9个月),其中继发孔型房间隔缺损14例,卵圆孔未闭11例,均于C型臂造影系统介入室进行封堵治疗。结果 25例成功手术,术后病情稳定,1 d回普通病房,观察1周后出院,均未见并发症。结论经胸超声心动图引导下封堵介入可有效治疗房间隔缺损和卵圆孔未闭,严格掌握术前适应证是经胸超声心动图引导下经皮封堵介入术成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect and patent foramen ovale by transthoracic echocardiography. Method Twenty-five patients were randomly selected for interventional transcatheter closure of 2012-2017 Cardiovascular surgery,aged2. 7 ～ 66 years（ 1 cases of children aged 2 years 9 months）,with secondary pore type atrial septal defect in 14 cases,oval hole in 11 cases,In the C-arm contrast system Dinterventional chamber for blocking treatment. Results Twenty-five cases were successfully operated,stable after operation,after 1 days back to the general ward, 1 weeks after observation, no complications were found.Conclusions Percutaneous transthoracic echocardiography guided occlusion intervention can effectively treat atrial septal defect and open oval hole,strict preoperative indications are the key to successful percutaneous transcatheter closure under transthoracic echocardiography.
