血清S100β蛋白浓度和脑电双频指数对急性脑梗死治疗效果的评估价值 被引量:4

S100β protein combined with bispectral index to assess the therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的通过监测血清S100β蛋白和脑电双频指数评估尿激酶对急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法急性脑梗死中筛选出符合纳入标准的70例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,监测两组患者溶栓前后血清中S100β浓度和脑电双频指数变化及入院时、治疗后的神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组与对照组血清S100β蛋白浓度、脑电双频指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且治疗组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);S100β蛋白浓度与NIHSS评分呈正相关,BIS与NIHSS呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论血清S100β蛋白浓度变化和脑电双频指数可以作为评估脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗效果神经功能恢复的指标。 Objective By monitoring serum S100 beta protein and bispectral index to evaluateclinical effects of urokinase on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy cases acute cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were screened from our hospital,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,by monitoring the before thrombolytic therapythe and after serum S100β concentration and bispectral index of the two groups. The neurological deficits of the two groups were evaluated at admission and after 2 weeks of treatment at after admission and 2 weeks after treatment. Results Compared the bispectral index and S100 beta protein concentration,there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group( P〈0. 05),and there was also significant difference between different time periods( P〈0. 05); S100β protein concentration was positively correlated with NIHSS,and BIS was negatively correlated with NIHSS( P〈0. 05).Conclusions The change of serum S100β protein concentration and BIS can be used as an index for the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.
