摘要
目的观察手术室护理配合在舌癌联合根治并同期前臂皮瓣修复术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2017年6月行"舌癌根治术+颈淋巴结清扫术+游离前臂皮瓣移植术"的50例患者的手术室护理配合方法资料。结果术后皮瓣成活率为100%,供瓣区游离植皮全部成活,患者语言、吞咽功能恢复良好,术后生活质量得到了显著提高。结论高效精准的护理配合有助于行舌癌联合根治术患者的康复。
Objective To observe the effect of operation room care for combined radical operation and simultaneous repair with forearm free flap of tongue cancer. Methods Fifty patients of tongue cancer from January 2013 to June 2017 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University werecollected and analyzed. All the patients were treated with ＂ tongue cancer radical surgery ＋ cervical lymph node dissection ＋ free forearm flap transplantation＂. Results The survival rate of the flap was100%,the free skin graft was survived,the patient＇s language and swallowing function were recovered,and the quality of life was significantly improved. Conclusions Accurate andefficient nursing cooperation can help tongue cancer patients with combined radical operation and simultaneous repair with forearm free flap.
