摘要 在当今社会,腰痛(low back pain,LBP)患者数量庞大,LBP患者也因此饱受病痛折磨,椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IDD)作为LBP的最主要病因,其发病机制十分复杂。目前已知的就有基因、年龄和包括职业因素、吸烟、酗酒在内的一些不良生活习惯等因素。
