本文全面梳理了我国企业利用境内外两个市场开展债务性融资的特点、相关政策、资金使用便利度等。在分析近三年整体规模及结构变动趋势的基础上,从宏观层面评估企业境外债务性融资变动的影响因素。目前,境外债务性融资规模相对较小,市场仍有较大利用空间。本文结合典型个案,剖析如何从微观层面引导企业合理有效利用境外融资资源,降低融资成本并提升融资可得性。

This paper assesses domestic and offshore financing by Chinese companies. It examines the characteristics of these financings, assesses the related policies and evaluates how easily Chinese companies can make use of such funds. The paper also examines the factors affecting corporate offshore debt financing from a macro perspective, looking at the structural changes in this area over the past three years. At present, the scale of offshore debt financing is relatively small, but the potential is substantial. The paper takes some typical cases as examples and discusses how to guide companies to rationally and effectively use overseas resources to reduce financing costs and gain access to a broader supply of funds
