困境中的进取:高等院校青年教师的职业想象与现实理解 被引量:4

Seeking Better Ways for Profession Development: The Professional Imagination and Realistic Understanding of Junior Faculties in Local Higher Institutions

摘要 高校青年教师作为高校中较为庞大的一个学术群体,承担着未来高校发展的巨大使命,这一群体对所属职业的主观感受、情感归属以及现实当中的理解折射出这一群体与高等院校互动的双重面向。本研究试图从个体理想认知到现实理解的视角入手,通过对三位国内高校教师关于学术职业及工作生态进行深入访谈,关注到这一群体在职业发展中的具体境况,并力求探寻地方高校青年教师群体如何在这种理想与现实的落差中进取与突围。研究发现,高校青年教师对就职城市及院校、个人职业发展定位、人际关系与相处之道这三方面存在着个人的主观理解,与此同时,地方院校难成的学术气候、资源场域的对峙以及学术权益的缺位无疑是最"残酷"的现实。基于此,本研究认为只有超越这种从理想到现实的困境,才能从本质上实现高校青年教师最完满的职业体认。 As an relatively large academic group, junior faculties in colleges and universities shoulder the great mission of the future development of colleges and universities. Their subjective feelings, emotional attribution and understanding of their occupations reflect the dual orientation of interaction between this group and colleges and universities. From the perspective of individual ideal cognition to practical understanding, this study attempts to make in - depth interviews with three domestic university teachers on academic profession and work ecology, in order to find out the specific situation of this group in the career development, and how they make progress and break through in the big gap between ideal and reality. It is found that young college teachers have their own subjective understanding in the three aspects of the location where they work, personal career development orientation, interpersonal relationship and the way to get along with the others. And the most cruel reality are undoubtedly the poor academic climate, confrontation in resources and fields, and the absence of the academic community in local colleges and universities. Based on this, this study holds that only by surpassing this dilemma from ideal to reality can the most perfect professional recognition of junior faculties in local higher institutions be realized in essence.
