C臂引导下介入造影诊断和营养管植入治疗食管瘘的临床价值

Clinical value of C-arm guided interventional angiography and nutrition tube implantation in the treatment of esophageal fistula

目的:探讨C臂引导下介入造影诊断和营养管植入治疗食管瘘的临床价值。方法:在C臂引导下将"C"型造影导管植入食管内,行食管造影术,不同深度进行造影,判断瘘口的宽度、位置、形态,对30例食管瘘进行造影诊断和治疗。结果:本组30例食管造影诊断食管瘘100%,提高诊断率,确定部位,瘘口形态,植入空肠营养管治疗,可明显提高瘘口的愈合,同时改善了患者的营养状况,为下一步治疗赢得机会,延长了患者的生存期,降低死亡率。结论:C臂引导下介入造影诊断和空肠营养管植入治疗食管瘘是安全、有效的方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of C-arm guided interventional angiography and nutrition tube implantation in the treatment of esophageal fistula.Methods：Under the guidance of C-arm,the ＂C＂ angiographic catheter was implanted into the esophagus,and the esophagography was performed at different depths.The width,position and shape of the fistula were judged,and 30 cases of esophageal fistula were diagnosed and treated by angiography.Results：30 cases of esophageal fistula were diagnosed by esophagography,the diagnosis rate was improved,the location and shape of fistula were determined,and jejunal nutrition tube was implanted to improve the healing of fistula.At the same time,it improves the nutritional status of the patients,wins the opportunity for the next treatment,prolongs the patient＇s survival and reduces the mortality rate.Conclusion：C-arm-guided interventional angiography in the diagnosis of esophageal fistula and jejunum tube implantation in the treatment of esophageal fistula is a safe and effective method.
