Neurologic paraneoplastic syndrom: A case report

副肿瘤综合征（paraneoplastic syndromes,PNS）是发生在某些恶性肿瘤患者体内,在未出现肿瘤转移相应临床表现的情况下,即已影响远隔器官,而导致功能障碍的疾病[1]。如果受影响的远隔器官为神经系统,则称之为神经系统副肿瘤综合征（neurologic paraneoplastic syndrome,NPNS）。
