长链非编码RNA在甲状腺乳头状癌中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸且不能编码蛋白质的RNA,但其在各个层面参与基因调控。近年来很多研究发现,lncRNA与人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生具有相关性,而且已有许多研究发现lncRNA在甲状腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。现对lncRNA的研究现状及其在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid cancer,PTC)中的研究进展作一综述。 Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of functional RNA molecules,which is more than 200 nucleotides in length,lacks ability of encoding protein and participates in all aspects of gene regulation.Recently,many studies have found that abnormal expression of long noncoding RNA is associated with the occurrence of many cancers.Also,the studies have found that the abnormal expression of lncRNA is associated with the thyroid cancer.This paper reviewed the research status of lncRNA and the study process of lncRNA in papillary thyroid cancer.
