摘要
针对中性浸出—弱酸浸出—还原浸出—沉铜—赤铁矿法除铁的湿法炼锌过程中的各种矿浆进行絮凝沉降试验,全面分析了影响矿浆絮凝沉降效果的主要因素,包括絮凝剂分子结构、分子量、配制浓度、加入量、加入方式,矿浆温度、pH、固含量、胶体含量等;根据矿浆的性质选择不同种类的絮凝剂,并通过采取一些调控措施,优化矿浆絮凝沉降效果,以取得良好的液固分离效果和经济效益。
Flocculation settling test was conducted for various slurries in zinc hydrometallurgy.The test included neutral leaching,low acid leaching,reduction leaching of residues,and iron removal with hematite precipitation.Effects of molecular structure,molecular weight,preparation concentration,dosage and feeding method of flocculant,and temperature,pH value,solid content and colloid content of slurry on flocculation settling were comprehensively analyzed.Flocculants are selected according to properties of pulp.Proper controlling measurements are adopted to optimize flocculation and sedimentation of slurry and achieve good liquid-solid separation and economic benefits.
