摘要
项目管理是电力工程管理的关键,科学、有效的项目管理,将能极大地提升施工企业的效益与信誉。在电力工程项目建设中,工期、质量和成本是电力工程项目管理目标中的三个基本要素,本文对电力工程项目的工期、质量、成本管理措施进行了探讨,以供参考。
Project management is the key of power engineering management. Scientific and effective project management will greatly improve the efficiency and reputation of construction enterprises. In power engineering project construction, construction period, quality and cost are the three basic elements of power engineering project management objectives. This paper discusses the management measures of time limit, quality and cost management measures of power engineering projects for reference.
