立体定向活检术在儿童脑干胶质瘤中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 儿童脑干胶质瘤占儿童颅内肿瘤的10%~15%,预后较差,其中80%为弥漫内生型脑桥胶质瘤（diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas, DIPG）,预后更差,中位生存期只有9个月[1].脑干位置较深,由多种神经核团和致密纤维束构成,儿童脑干胶质瘤手术难度大,病死率和并发症发生率均较高,且手术并不能有效改善病人预后[2].
