摘要 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢焊接接头力学性能除了与焊接材料、热处理退火温度及保温时间有关外,还与焊接热输入量、预热及层间温度等规范参数有关。经焊接试验验证,实际生产中焊条电弧焊最大热输入量可比焊接工艺评定提高20%;埋弧焊最大热输入量若超出工艺评定上线,将导致-30℃低温冲击韧性急剧下降,故埋弧焊应严格按焊接工艺执行。 The mechanical properties of the welded joints of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel are not only related to welding material, annealing temperature and holding time, but also related to specification parameters such as welding heat input, preheating and interpass temperature. It is proved by welding test that the maximum heat input of welding rod arc welding is 20% higher than that of welding procedure qualification in actual production. If the maximum heat input of submerged arc welding exceeds the line of procedure qualification, it will lead to the sharp decrease of low temperature impact toughness at -30℃. So the submerged arc welding should be carried out strictly according to the welding process.
