摘要
通过有限元分析,准确地反映捣固机机架的应力及位移分布情况。能够较精确地认识捣固机机架的性能好坏,对其强度和刚度做定量评价,并以此为依据,优化设计捣固机机架结构,降低了捣固机机架重量,为提高捣固机的安全性、可靠性提供有力的保证。
Through finite element analysis, the stress and displacement distribution of tamping machine frame are accurately reflected. It can also accurately understand the performance of tamping machine frame, evaluate the strength and stiffness of the machine. On the basis of it, the frame structure of the tamping machine is optimized,the weight of the tamping machine is reduced, providing the guarantee for improving the safety and reliability of the tamping machine.
