摘要
分析了影响奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管内喷丸性能的因素;设计了对比试验对各项工艺参数的影响,并进行了分析研究。根据分析结果对实现耐高温腐蚀性能好、喷丸效果稳定、生产效率高的内喷丸工艺提供了建议。
The factors affecting the performance of shot peening in the austenitic stainless steel boiler tube are analyzed,and the influence of the contrast test on the various process parameters is designed and studied. According to the analysis results, some suggestions are provided for the inner shot peening process with good corrosion resistance at high temperature,stable effect of shot peening and high production efficiency.
