Application of Third-time Dedusting Technology for Converter

转炉三次除尘技术是为了解决现有转炉二次除尘装置烟尘捕集能力不足的问题而进行的屋顶除尘工艺。随着环保要求的不断提高,转炉三次除尘势在必行。对三次除尘由来、屋顶集尘罩设计、管道设计和厂房结构验算等技术的重难点进行阐述,以求对该技术实际工程应用起到参考作用。

The third-time dedusting technology of converter is to solve th e problem of insufficient dust collecting capacity of the existing secondary dedusting device for converter. With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, the dedusting of the converter must be carried out. This paper expounds the heavy and difficult points of the origin of third-time dedusting, the design of the roof dust cover, the pipe design and the checking calculation of building structure, in order to provide reference for the practical engineering application of the technology.
