This paper mainly introduces the ignition control sys tem of the roller hearth furnace, including the man-machine interface based on WINCC, the controllable programming system PLC400, the field terminal ignition controller SCU460.D, and the matching test components. During the production intermission, the thermal insulation state automatically enters the intelligent mode, and the intelligent insulation mode calculates the holding temperature according to the time of the next feeding, so as to realize energy saving and consumption reduction.
