钢管矫直机快开调整装置液压系统设计及改进

摘要 介绍了一种钢管矫直机快开缸,上辊平衡缸液压系统原理及功能,克服现行液压系统的功率大、冲击振动大的缺点。提供一种功率小、振动小、抗冲击的六辊钢管矫直机快开缸,上辊平衡缸的液压控制系统。实现快开缸平稳快速的压下和抬升,保证矫直机的矫直质量和成材率。 The quick-open cylinder of steel tube straightener is in troduced. And the theory and function of the balancing cylinder hydraulic system are analyzed. It overcomes high power and big vibration. This kind of hydraulic system design has low power, small vibration and can stand big strike. These characteristics realize the steady force down and rise of the quick-open cylinder in order to guarantee the straightening quality and yield.
