摘要 给出设备变频系统升级改造为S120的发展趋势和设计方案。从WK系列挖掘机新一代变频系统的应用出发,分析了相关技术发展水平。同时也分析了S120产品的技术特点和产品优势,最后给出了改造成功的相关案例和太重的改造优势。同时提出神宝的电气变频器升级改造方案也是适应于国内各大露天矿WK系列挖掘机的相关升级改造设计方案。 This paper presents the development trend and upgr ading design scheme of variable frequency system upgrading to S120. For the application of a new generation of frequency conversion system for WK series excavators,the development level of related technology is analyzed. At the same time, the technical characteristics and product advantages of S120 products are also analyzed. At the end of the paper, relevant cases of successful transformation and advantages of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. are given. In this paper, the upgrading and fabricating scheme of the electric frequency converter for ShenBao mining is alsoa upgrading and fabricating design scheme that is adapted to the related WK series shovels in various large open-pit mines in China.
