摘要
研究半钢炼钢过程中,在保证终点碳命中率和终点温度的情况下,通过使用焦丁对半钢进行热补偿,提高废钢比,降低铁水消耗,达到加入焦丁4.9 kg/t,可降低成本4.94元/t的效果。
In the process of semi-steel making,under the condition of ensuring the hit rate of carbon at the end pointand the hit rate of temperature at the end point, the use of coke for thermal compensation of semi-steel can improvethe scrap steel ratio and reduce the consumption of molten iron, reaching the effect of adding 4.9 kg/ton of coke, whichcan reduce the cost by 4.94 yuan /ton.
