摘要
利用荷兰帕纳科公司AXiosMaxPW4400型荧光光谱仪,以硼酸作为背景通过压片法制样,进行进口粉矿的荧光仪在线分析,测定进口粉矿中TFe含量。同传统化学分析数据对比,缩短了样品分析时间和成本,提高了分析工作效率,分析结果误差满足质量控制要求。
Using AXios MaxPW4400 fluorescence spectrometer made by Panaco Company of the Netherlands, the TFecontent in imported fine ores was determined by on-line fluorescence spectrometer with boric acid as background andtablet method. Compared with the traditional chemical analysis data, it shortens the sample analysis time and cost,improves the analysis efficiency, and the analysis result error meets the quality control requirements.
