摘要
针对耐硫酸露点腐蚀用钢09CrCuSb连铸时出现的铸坯表面裂纹缺陷,通过实验室高温热塑性分析,研究了其形成原因及控制方法。结果表明,连铸机二冷区持续保持强冷,铸坯表面金相组织晶粒度明显细化,板坯的热塑性得到改善,铸坯表面裂纹缺陷得到有效控制。
For the casting billet surface crack surface defects formed on sulfuric acid dew-point corrosion resistantsteel 09CrCuSb, through high temperature thermoplastic analysis in the laboratory, the causes and control methods ofthe formation were studied. It turns out, cold zone of continuous casting machine,the grain size of the surface of castingbillet was obviously refined, the thermal plasticity of slab is improved, the crack defects on the billet surface areeffectively controlled.
