摘要
基于莱钢1 500 mm可逆冷轧机,通过对润滑原理和热擦伤的产生规律进行研究,分析出此擦伤为欠润滑造成。随后分别对乳化液指标、轧辊倒角和轧制规程进行了优化与改进,缺陷得到控制。
Based on Laigang 1 500 mm reversible cold-rolling mill, by studying the lubrication principle and the lawof heat abrasion, this paper analyzed that the abrasion is caused by underlubrication. Subsequently, the index ofemulsion, roll angle and rolling procedure were optimized and improved respectively, and the defects were controlled.
