通过试烧前烧结杯试验、工艺实施方案,以及生产过程跟踪等工作。从试验前后对比数据看,烧结矿转鼓强度下降了0.4%,出厂粒级质量有所改善,高炉燃料比上升了6.44 kg/t,铁水成本升高了13.64元/t,结果与预期出现了背离。

Through the sintering pot experiment before firing, process implementation plan, production process trackingand other work, according to the comparison data before and after the test, the sinter tumbler strength decreased by0.4%, the quality of the final product was improved, the fuel ratio of the blast furnace increased by 6.44 kg/t, and themolten iron cost increased by 13.64 yuan/t. The result deviated from the expectation.
