Transformation Practice of Safety Monitoring and Management System for Large Crane in Sugang

基于苏钢现有起重机的现状,充分利用起重机现有控制模式及本身自带的传感器装置以及仪器仪表,并兼容原有系统的基础上,采用PLC+上位机+视频采集技术,并通过无线通讯快速组网获取新增传感器数据。

Based on the status quo of existing cranes in Suzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., this paper makes full use ofthe existing control mode of cranes, their own sensors and instruments, and combines with the original system, adoptsPLC ＋ upper monitor＋ video acquisition technology, and obtains the new sensor data through rapid wirelesscommunication network.
