摘要
烟化炉—余热锅炉一体化装置,能有效回收吹炼产出的高温烟气余热,但因处理能力提高,引发锅炉热负荷增加,为解决烟化炉余热锅炉顶部烧损的问题,对烟化炉余热锅炉进行了改造。增加了管屏和顶棚水冷壁,以降低烟气温度。改造后,烟化炉余热锅炉运行良好,实现了改造目的。
Fuming furnace-waste heat boiler in an organic whole can effectively recover the residual heat ofhigh-temperature flue gas produced by blowing. However, due to the increased processing capacity, the boiler heatload was increased. In order to solve the problem of burning the top of the fuming furnace waste heat boiler, thefuming furnace waste heat boiler was reformed. Tube screen and water cooled wall have been added to reduce thetemperature of the flue gas. After the transformation, the fuming furnace waste heat boiler runs well and achieves thepurpose of transformation.
