摘要
通过在转向辊处增加耐指纹液清理装置,可以及时有效地清除滴落在转向辊表面的耐指纹液,可以避免耐指纹液凝结后黏结在转向辊上面。避免耐指纹液表面涂覆不均现象,杜绝了耐指纹液黏结转向辊造成的带钢轻微边部咯伤、轻微边浪、边部褶皱缺陷的产生。通过在耐指纹液清理探头上安装压力传感器装置,杜绝了因清理探头与转向辊压力过大,而造成损坏转向辊胶面现象,同时方便了工作人员操作。
By adding a fingerprint-resistant liquid cleaning device to the steering roll, the fingerprint-resistant liquiddropping on the surface of the steering roll can be effectively removed in time, and the fingerprint-resistant liquid canbe prevented from agglutinating on the steering roll after condensation. The uneven coating on the surface of thefingerprint resistant liquid is avoided, and the slight edge sticking, slight edge wave and edge folding defects caused bythe fingerprint resistant liquid bonding steering roll are avoided. By installinga pressure sensor on the fingerprint-resistantliquid cleaning probe, the phenomenon of damage to the rubber surface of the steering roll caused by excessivepressure between the cleaning probe and the steering roll is eliminated, and the operation of the staff is convenient.
