针对目前本科毕业论文质量下降的问题进行分析,结合应用型本科法学专业实践性强的特点,提出法学专业多样化论文改革的设想,为学生提供了一个理论与实践结合的渠道。同时为了提升教学水平,应用型本科高校需要总结传统法学本科毕业论文管理中的经验和弊端,在多样化变革中坚持构建全面、量化、多元、动态的质量评价机制,对推动法学本科毕业论文质量提高和卓越法律人才培养至关重要。

Aiming at the problem of the deterioration of the quality of undergraduate thesis at present, an analysis was carried out, combined with the characteristics of practical practice, the paper puts forward the idea of the reform of the diversified thesis of Law speciality.At the same time, in order to improve the teaching level, the application-oriented university needs to summarize the experience and malpractice in the management of the graduation thesis of the traditional law, and insist on constructing the comprehensive, quantitative, pluralistic and dynamic quality evaluation mechanism in the diversification reform, which is very important to promote the quality improvement of the graduation thesis and the cultivation.
