温阳益气活血汤对慢性心衰患者疗效及预后研究

The efficacy and safety of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue prescription for chronic heart failure and prognostic analysis

目的:探讨自拟温阳益气活血中药对慢性心衰患者的影响。方法:选取符合入选标准病100例,按随机数字表分两组,观察组与对照组各50例。对照组予心衰常规治疗;观察组在此基础上给予自拟温阳益气活血中药。结果:观察组总有效率82%显著优于对照组68%(P<0.05);观察组BNP水平较对照组显著降低,6MWT显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肾功能各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自身治疗前后PLT差异显著(P<0.05),对照组自身治疗前后PLT、肝功能差异显著(P<0.05),观察组肝功能异常上升显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组预后显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟温阳益气活血中药治疗慢性心衰可有效改善临床症状,协助降低BNP,提高运动耐量,改善心功能,且安全性较高。

Objective： To study the effect, safety and prognosis of the patients with chronic heart failure for Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue prescription. Methods： 100 cases that met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with standard coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 82% , significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The BNP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the 6MWT of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. All indexes of renal function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, PLT in the observation group was more significant differences after the treatment （ P 〈0.05）. PLT, liver function was more significant differences （ P 〈0.05）. Compared to the control group, liver function abnormal in the observation group rose significantly lower （ P 〈0.05）.The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in all aspects and overall health status （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of chronic heart failure with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, assist with reducing BNP level, improve the exercise tolerance, improve the cardiac function. Otherwise, it bring fewer complications, higher safety and better prognosis, and it is worthy of promotion.
