肾衰宁胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗IgA肾病伴肾功能减退疗效研究

The effect of Shenshuaining capsules combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with renal dysfunction

目的:观察肾衰宁胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗IgA肾病伴肾功能减退患者的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的110例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组。其中观察组55例,肾衰宁胶囊联合糖皮质激素,对照组55例糖皮质激素,治疗持续6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后24h尿蛋白、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、血肌酐及尿素氮的水平,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后24h尿蛋白明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组eGFR、血肌酐及血尿素氮较治疗前无明显变化,观察组eGFR较治疗前上升(P<0.05),治疗后eGFR的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率98.18%(54/55),对照组89.09%(49/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.45%(3/55),对照组不良反应发生率为3.64%(2/55),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾衰宁胶囊联合糖皮质激素能改善IgA肾病伴肾功能减退患者的蛋白尿及肾功能。

Objective： To study the effect of Shenshuaining capsules combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with renal dysfunction. Methods：110 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into two groups.55 patients in study group （Shenshuaining capsules combined with glucocorticoid） and 55 patients in control group （glucocorticoid）, the effect rate and renal function were compared between two groups. Results： Compared with before treatment, the 24h urine protein decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ）, and the difference between the groups after treatment was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant change in eGFR, blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the control group. The eGFR in the study group was higher than that before the treatment （ P 〈0.05）, and the difference between the groups of eGFR after treatment was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the study group was 98.18% （54/55）, while that of the control group was 89.09% （49/55）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The side reaction rate in study group was 5.45% （3/55）,that in control group was 3.64%, the difference demonstrated no statistical significance（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Shenshuaining capsules combined with glucocorticoid could alleviate the renal function and urine protein in patients of IgA nephropathy with renal function
