中西医结合治疗视神经萎缩90例临床研究

Clinical study of 90 cases with optic atrophy treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的:观察中西医结合对视神经萎缩患者的临床疗效,分析中西医结合治疗方法的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的90例视神经萎缩患者为研究对象,将其简单随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例患者。对照组仅予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础加中医治疗,即辨证口服中药方剂和穴位针刺,对比治疗前后患者视力变化情况,评估疾病治疗效果。结果:治疗组在视野缺损恢复情况、光敏度改善情况均优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05)。结论:西医基础治疗结合中医辨证口服中药、穴位针刺之中西医结合疗法治疗视神经萎缩临床疗效较好,视力恢复理想。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on optic atrophy and analyze the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： 90 patients with optic nerve atrophy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the control group, dialectical oral Chinese medicine prescription and acupoint acupuncture, the visual acuity of patients before and after treatment was compared, and the effect of disease treatment was evaluated. Results： Improvement of Guangmin degree in the recovery of visual field defect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, the total effective rate in the control group was 62.2% and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint acupuncture for the treatment of optic nerve atrophy is effective, and the visual acuity is ideal, which is worth popularizing.
